It can help the country only if Government stands in its support and I don't think that's ever gonna happen and if Government will not support it you will never find direct places to spend them.

There is no chance for governments to show their support for Bitcoin since it's something they can't control.

Also, I think when more and more companies would start to pay out people in Bitcoin, that the government would jump in to stop it as people can use it to avoid paying tax in some cases.

If your Government is corrupted then that will never happen, as Government is sacking the people by collecting huge taxes and they will never allow bitcoin to get on the mainstream.

Whether you are living in a well developed country, or a third world country, each and every government has some sort of corruption inside. But what they all have in common, is the fact that they will never allow Bitcoin to grow to such a level where people would massively use Bitcoin for whatever purpose.
