No threshold to be eligible for the card, AFAIK, it's free.
The minimum amount invested is for the free shipping costs, and no official amount was communicated by the team yet.
I read 2 BTC somewhere, but it's not decided yet.

Special design is for all ICO investors. Apparently, it will read "ICONOMI founders' club".
Free shipping comes with a threshold though.
