Yes i like this feature of bitcoin most as well because this feature is most useful for me.i can do almost every thing with the bitcoin buying or selling things or gambling and betting with them but no one can track what i am doing with my bitcoin or actually who is the owner of those bitcoins.

well the thing with bitcoin is that every transaction is recorded forever. this makes it quite traceable. the harder part is linking an address to your name. but this is still possible and you can expect it to be even easier in the future.
