Gambling is always additive and winning percentage is very low, only few people win huge amount by gambling. so practically there is no safe methods other than controlling your greediness.
Only safe way is gamble with what you can afford to loose, fix a target which you think achievable and quit after reaching that.

Target has to be in both ways win and loose. if you plan to win some $x quit for today immediately and same for loosing too.

You can't say that gambling is always addcitive and the winning percentage is very low , not exactly right gambling is fair that 50/50 sometimes you win straign and ofcourse the next is you gonna lose straight too if you can control your self that you made profit then tou should stop playing gambling withdraw your profit.

Look for the gamblers out there and ask them if they are addicted or not,
Most certainly they will say yes regarding on that.

and also the winning percentage is indeed low, so you can't say that it is always 50/50.
there are a lot of gambling games out there that are not based on that 50/50 style of chances.

You can be addictive depends on your self if you really want to become addictive in that game but for me gambling isn't totaly addivtive it just a fun for me when i need to waste my time waiting for someone gambler are always finding ways on how they can grow their bitcoin in the fastest way.
