I have sent money via btc-e coupon to bitinstant.The page says order completed but I can not see the money in my account.I have sent 2 support requests but since I did not receive any kind of feedback I was not sure if you had seen the request so  I decided to write here too.

The following mail arrived after the transaction..But as I said I see no money..

If this is your first paypal transaction this is normal, our delivery partners at virwox manually screen first time paypal transactions. If this is not your first paypal transaction then please get in touch.
