I think first added will be liqui,then others.Price i check in liqui is 0.00013600 Btc.
in liqui exchange is only IOU trading not real ICN what happened in liqui exchange is not presenting what will going when ICN added to major exchange
That exchange seem to be doing it for every ICO. 0.00013600 btc is a good price still as compare to the ICN ICO price. the price may go up as release is is approaching. It a risky thing to do the IOU though. I did it with ANS and lose some.
