Does this mean that if you do not keep your wallet staking it normally takes that length of time to start staking again.
If so that is a nice way to keep wallets staking to secure the network rather than just fire it up each month or so.

My wallet took about the same time 18-20h to stake after the transfer even that it was on all the time and synced
