The first thing you need to do is you should be honest to yourself, you should be willing to submit for a change otherwise it won't work, gambling is a serious disease although not contagious will make your body deteriorate due to possible big problems in the future if you will not stop.

True. Stress, lack of sleep and not eating at the right time will make you sick. When you are gambling you wont notice it anymore. Sometimes you will get out and didnt know it is already night time and you havent eaten yet.
