I would want to read about actual, verifiable value you created. For example (white) papers by your company, blog posts and code commits - as in actual work on the product.
It's nice to read that you're trying to get BBR enlisted in more exchanges, or looking to get engaged with Azure. And I see the point that "community work" and networking is also important. But in the end, what interests me most is the raw product.
I understand that you want to see code commits to the open source Boolberry project and you will have to wait.
You are greatly discounting the value of confidence in an undervalued project as seen by the hash rate increases, competition amongst mining pools to provide better service, and the value of projects that have no business on github such as the scripts and virtual machine configurations on Azure that will make Boolberry easier to use.
