Yes multi bet is the term for parlay on sportsbet. For your 2nd question their leaderboard starts with the highest ~~potential~~ win from a user's multi bet so the higher you bet the more chance of getting a high rank in the leaderboard.

1. The Multi Bet Jackpot Leaderboard promotion starts on the first day of the month and will run until the last day of the month at 23:59 GMT. The Leaderboard will be update no later than 48 hours after the match where the bet was placed on.

As per terms, the competition will run till Sept 30th at 23:59 GMT while now is still 15:00 GMT means that it is not finished yet and perhaps the prized would be rewarded after the closing time. They will need for more few hours, maybe for verification process. So just be patient, if everthing goes well then you will get your prize.
