The campaigns will be based on referral (i.e., the outcome) not how many retwitted, etc..
It would be ideally based on the direct count of how many smartphones ....

Therefore, no direct bounty campaigns except Translation and accompanied thread campaigns are in my mind at this moment.
I might be changing my mind and start to offer some baseline bounty for (facebook or twitter,etc.) campaign/translation_or_not; however, the main plan is still the counts of users referred. Details of the plans to achieve some of those, will be announced by Oct 16, 2016; Do not do anything before that.
