You're far too kind with your feedback--it should probably have been negative for this volume of bullshit that we've seen here. My guess is that OP is trying to scam. New account, insane interest rate, no collateral. If you don't see the city bus coming, you're going to end up with your head squashed like a pumpkin. Don't deal with these scammers.
