Its my money and I was ready to lose to their own advantage and if I win then I am happy so if they are saying I should not deposit there and save my money then I move on to another site with myriads of other options even on this forum. I will only be annoyed if I cannot only withdraw...

Not if they are taking people's btc and keeping it.This is how I understand it. They are not saying don't deposit. When you deposit, the funds don't show up in your pocketdice.io account. I understand withdrawals are not being processed too. Looks like they are closing shop. The sad thing is that sometime in the near future they will re brand, and steal more btc from people.
