I do not have a gambling problem but i know so many people that do have one and they all talk the same about how they are going to win when they are going to gamble again.
They somewhat lie to them selves because they can never know that they will win and deep inside they know that to.

Maybe they are cheaters or they are playing a gambling game which uses some skills
One example is poker. Yes you can foretell that tou may win it because you know you got some skills. If it is a tournament you will always end up in top 10 if not a champion.
