What represent 15mio? well : Bounties: 2 mio ICN , Advisors: 2 mio ICN , team: 8mio ICN, future team 3mio ICN
If you want to calculate the bonuses: First week 15% for ~ 2000 BTC=1,2mio USD => 180k USD (15% bonus) and so on....
