Its not easy but you should try to let someone help you if its not possible to do it on your own, just ask a relative to help you.

Yes I agree, I think that its very good to talk with a relative that is near you and that is also trust worthy of course.
It will let you stop in almost no time most likely because you also going to believe in it again when someone is helping you.

knowing that there's still hope for you and somebody still believes that you can do it will allow yourself to realize that quitting is not that hard
if there's someone who can understand and help you out to find another ways to have some fun.
