Most of Gambler choose gambling for time pass or entertainment. So it's became their hobby and then they got addicted. So, I think for quite gambling we should choose another hobby that we like to do in free time and avoid gambling. And slowly, addiction of gambling will be removed from our mind.
It is not easy as that, because if a person is really addictive in gambling and he is already out of control or out of his mind, having other hobby is not enough for him to stay away in gambling. I think it is better if he will have a vacation with family far away from casinos or no internet connection I think he can overcome of his addiction.
you need to have something better to do outside ,
i mean if you gamble online usually people just sit in front of a monitor right?
just move your ass and go socializing with other people around you ,
make a friend go hangout and enjoy your life.
