For me right now,

I spend around an hour or two in a day on gambling,
But I actually don't bet that
high, since I am controlling the amount of money that I bet
so as to prevent losing a big amount of bitcoin in a

good point mate knowing where to stop will help you to earn or to control
loses its between you and yourself if you want to win or if you want to
burned your money.
