I remember when the first game came out like GTA and immediately rose displeasure of the authorities in some countries because of the fact that the game can be to kill police officers. It's really cool but the dust settled.

Alternative reality always attracts kids who in real life want to be much steeper than they really are. Therefore games with abuse are gaining popularity more than others.
