Remember the WW1? That one was almost entirely confined to the European continent. Latin America was not a theatre of war, and the US participated only for the last 2 years. The WW3 will be similar, with countries/regions such as China, India, Africa, Pacific Islands, Indonesia, Latin America, and Southeast Asia staying clear.

Are you sure that this is an accurate map? Germany took over part of Poland in your picture which I don't think is very probable.

Yes it is the correct power map for WW 1.

Germany at that time was called "das deutsche Kaiserreich" (see preußen and sudeten Deutschland) and was bigger then the "weimarer republic" and the BRD from today.
