Why would cex.io sell ixc on this platform? Especially when they already trade and sell, not to mention existing potential connections for otc trades.

Maybe it's nothing, but in a nutshell, cryptsy stole a very large portion of all ixcoins. Now this random exchange has 1.5 million ixcoins for sale. Seems kinda fishy. Might be big vern. What do you all think?
