Yes a lot worst ...... I've never seen it this bad in 3 years of mining. Right now I'm mining at the cost of electricity = 0 profits. I'm going to turn my rigs off soon.
None of the newbies are investing .. so it likes like mining is done.

I think its still pretty profitable. Besides the Litecoin boom at the end of 2013, there really wasn't anything profitable at all since ETH started.

Profits might not be the same as they were in March 2016, but its still more profitable than mining from April 2014-Feb 2016.

eh not really, there were some nice coin in the summer of 2014, jackpot was very good for 2-3 months

2015 was really shit though

I mined that coin. Not really that profitable. I think profitability is equal to what ETH is right now.

Winning the Jackpot helped however.

i was making 0.03+ per day with 700w, far better than what we have today, and btc value was also higher

...nevermind btc value was basically the same
