I think local bitcoin is one of the good place to buy bitcoins.. or much better go to your local bitcoin exchange just like here in my country we have a online wallet local version here in my place that we can buy bitcoins or exchange it into fiat..

i agree with you that local bitcoin is very good place to buy bitcoin and i buy bitcoin from local bitcoin in huge amount so i also prefer that local bitcoin is much more better than other exchange and i feel it very safe and secure than other exchange.
