On btctalkaccountprice showing that my acc is worth 0.11+btc so then it's worth that loan? Cause I ask for 0.08btc and giving back more ~121% from loan.. It's 0.09btc.

as you see with the bold letters, its an estimated price.
its not presice and accurate but its something from nothing to have an idea about your account.

imo if you ask something between .05-.06, you will have more chances to get this fill.
