The Tor-network is indeed the network that is used for such things but since we cannot do anything to it its not bad that its happening because its maybe bad but it can also boost the bitcoin market if your asking me.

No, and totally wrong I just think if that just boosts the image of the bitcoin into the bad area. and the another thing if the price of bitcoin in here just affecting by the total of the bitcoin volume in the surface web and the another volume in the deep will never get caught in here.
