yes i also agree with you that it is the best time to buy Ethereum as most of the people are holding their bitcoin for the price increase, so the Ethereum price is a little stable, but hope that its price will skyrocket with in few months, therefore the best option is to buy more and more Ethereum and if you have it already then you should hold it for the price increase.

The Ethereum price is quite low at present. But that is becasue it is still under attack and need another fork.
