Those people who doesn't able to control themselves for gambling are the ones who are able to lose their money in the long run. So for me, if you don't want to lose in the long run you must able to control yourself , your money and the most important is your emotion. Because if you had experience losing then that would lead you to rage.

Not only in the long run as that is too long to wait. When you do not have control in gambling even in a short period of time you will easily lose, regardless of the amount of money or bankroll you are using in gambling, I can assure you that you cannot follow the proper bankroll management and most of the time you will just go with your emotion that will be your recipe to disaster.
