Yes, you would receive the dividends. After some weeks, ICNs would be shifted from ICO page of Iconomi to the main page Iconomi.net
There you will get dividends if you don't withdraw icns to your own wallet. You can keep your ICN and Eth (dividends received) there only or withdraw anytime later.

I've asked this question two days ago and none of the team ever answers it. can you give us the link where you got this info? if we knew we could have just left our icn on their ico site.
