So the qualification is only to be a girl ? or also there are other things like full members or above can apply or even Newbie can be applied and selected for this job ?

For the moment it seems like he only need a girl. Also as he is chinese and is not good in english it seems like he wants someone to translate his words to the forum or his players. So you should be good in english as well.

Those are the only 2 things which he is looking for.
