This can't be done by everyone to be honest. The number of obese people in the world especially in America is insanely increasing. Kids nowadays are starting to be really fat since they are all lazy. That running, biking, and swimming, can only be done by people that are fit enough. Some people can't even start exercising. It is really hard especially if you've been gambling all day for the past few months and then you'll try to do something else. The only way that it'll be less hard is if you're going to do it with somebody. Someone that would show sincere moral support to you.

That is right and to the point. Every advises here, including mine, are just easier said than done. At the end of the day, that person that want to stay away with gambling will have the courage and 100% commitment to quit gambling. That would be a very major decision in his/her life and only him can primarily decide that.

Don't quit because you want it but quit because you need too, that means you are already serious on your decision in quitting gambling and that can presumably tell that you are not getting what is expected in gambling. Regardless of you aim and if you are not getting a good outcome it will always imply losing of money.

Gambling is not easy to stay away and yeah just like others said its a habit to them.. and according to some gamblers that is why they can not stop gamble because this is only the place that they can be happy.. this is what i heard from my wife before same as other.. that they dont know how can affect their lives and financial..
The only thing that i know that can stay away from gambling is going to vacation with your friends and family if you are not thinking for your friends to be happy you have no love for your family.. so i think psychiatrist can help and be religious try go to church and padre to take confession. and try to ask how to help your self from addiction to stay away in gambling..
