I think there are a lot of bounty hunters keeping ICN coins, ready to dump at 30k sat, kraken is the best choice if you want control the entire supply. Polo and Bittrex are plenty of Pump and Dumpers so the start phase is better away from them.
Let's see when first dividend will be paid if ICN will be mature for Altcoin specialized exchanges

Usually the bounty hunters are dumping at the first chance they get. They are usually the ones that cry the loudest about a fair release of the coins so they can go first and fill those high bids.

My guess is that most of the bounties of the dumpers have already been dumped. It helps that ICN pays dividends, as this brings an incentive for people to hold the coins rather than to sell them directly.

I agree with you most of them are gone, I don't think any rational investor will invest in a project and sell immediately below the ICO price, lets not forget that this platform needs to be developed and after this the market will see the value, I won't be surprise at all if ICONOMI is the best performing token in 2017
