Optiminer appears to have abandoned the attempt. So unless Optiminer objects, if anybody wants to try building on his work, I think it would be fair to split the bounty (20,000 HODL). I think getting it working on Linux 64 bit and Windows 64 platforms would be sufficient.

His original work was based off some older code and I had to do a lot of rebasing to bring it up to current
