It's a little concerning when you link to your business site and that sites says:

That to me says last year you decided you needed a new website, but you've not done anything about it yet. As a web dev company I'd have thought having a good company site would be a high priority. I also wonder if you've watched the top webdesign mistakes video you have on there.

Regular contact doesn't mean much without something to back it up. I'd potentially argue that very regular contact can be a bad thing as it takes away potential dev time. If your spending more time having regular contact than doing dev work there's something wrong.
