Surely he is, a very fishy offer the f who is going to invest his $10,000 for an unknown offer that promises to get profit $500/monthly. Sweet words and promises being said by those scam sites.

If this is legit for a newbie rank it will not be helpful for this type of investment and it isn't just a joke amount for investing your money into certain with knowing how the profit system works.
