I agree with that if there is US dollar hyper inflation. There is not much active development in ETC now.

there has never been any active development in 99% of the coins especially in ethereum which looks like a Swiss cheese with all the bugs and security holes in it.

apart from that no altcoin can go that high unless it starts being used for real in the real world by real people as a currency or at least an investment.
