I think it will be based on the stake, lets say you make 2 bets. The first is 10mbtc and the 2nd is 100mbtc, if you win both bets then you will be on both leaderboard. You will get some points for the premier leaderboard from the 10mbtc bet and you get other points for the champion leaderboard from the 100mbtc bet.

You misunderstood my question. I mean bets between 20 and 199 mbtc qualifies for Champions leaderboard and bets over or equal to 200 mbtc qualifies for the Elite
But where the bet between 199 and 200 mbtc would qualify ?
