No thats a Radeon 8950, won't work with your 280x.

If you have the same card as in the photo it should of worked. Maybe try increasing the voltage in VBE7, since its undervolted. I run them headless.

You will need someone to mod your 280 bios. R9 280 and R9 280X are different GPUs.
