hi um why does withdrawal take so long

im withdrawing 0.03 btc it takes forever ....

So why did need to wait so long time while it was only 0.03btc? Is that a big amount for your site to process? Wondering how long for bigger amount like 1-5btc.

There was a problem regarding a bonus that the player cancelled. Anyway he didn't have to wait so long. The payment was sent many days ago. We just didn't post any answer here in this thread.
