Because it will make us not be concentrated because of the many messages every second will arrive, as the number of users of the bitcoin is very much then it would not be possible if the bitcointalk made the telegram for the discussion. If a wire is used to provide the latest news about the management of the site bitcointalk then it will not be a problem
