Just like in any social media, if you post content that people like, they will vote on it, and you get paid. But dont plagiarize, for that you wont get paid.

Yes. First you need to establish yourself there, and then go for followers. I have been posting there for 3 months now, and only now focusing on followers. First you have to be a known person so that big whales will know you and vote on you.

You should start out in the #photography or #art topics if you dont know where to start, take your photo camera and make pictures of your town and upload it there, it should be easy money. But make sure the photo you post is your own, plagiarizers are not rewarded.
