Its just speculation, but in a controlled way (that is why the ICN its just on Kraken ... a big whale is pumping now the price, silly people will jump in to buy high (because of course ICN to the moon), then the whales will just buy back cheap in a few weeks. That would be harder to do on Polo as there are way more investors so you cannot really control things.

NDAs require from us not to comment on our relationships with the exchanges. The listing of ICN is purely the exchanges decision. Kraken is one of the exchanges that decided to list us for the time being.

So they have ensured a deadlock situation because we would logically like - for the purposes of trading - for ICN to be listed on poloniex and bittrex, but the ICN dev team refuses to approach these two exchanges about it. yet these two exchangee REQUIRE the development team to approach them before they will consider listing the coin...

So i guess we'll have to do without it on the two main exchanges til thy kingdom come. lol
