You are lucky if you have never had any problem with Paypal for all this time you have been with them. Sometimes it just happens that the person that you are dealing with on the other end is not honest. The moment he raises a complain with Paypal in regard to your transaction, that will be the start of your problems with them. Pray that you deal with honest people only.

I have used paypal for around 6 months to sell over 100 eBay products, overall paypal are not bad, but the worst thing about them is that they can freeze your account at any time.
The only problem I had with them that one time someone had made a chargeback against me and they just accepted it without asking for any proof so I ended up staying without both the item and the money.
