I disagree with you. Anything that you will make your money doubled has always a risk. Remember that all types of investments are always risky and it is just going to depend on how you will take the risk very light. Opening a business has a risk also but that can be a good source of income and possibly you can make your capital doubled with it.

Indeed mate.. there's no way to double your money in investing without any risks.. and it will take a lot of time before you can double your $100k. There's no easy way to do it.. you need to work hard for it.

For the bitcoin, it is quite easy to double your money in terms of fiat. The price of bitcoin rose more than 100% in the last year.
