Founder reward and POS are the only changes you will make to Zcash. and it will cost 500 btc?

EDIT: i can not find any information on Escrow arrangements being made or planned apart from that you will "look into it"

Thankyou for detailed response, however, my concerns are still intact and perhaps grown a bit!

1. Roadmap: You want to develop "new features" but you guys have NO IDEA whatsoever about what you are gonna develop. There are no details of value addition to the Zcash. just putting "Add new features not included in Zcash using development fund" in a vague roadmap does not make sense. a suggestion by one person about Debit Card is not gonna work either as pointed out by @Fuserleer . so the value addition will be NONE!

2. Solution to Zcash Problems:
   a. change algo to POS.. OK.. your choice. doesn't matter
   b. Remove Founder Reward... and replace it with pre-mine? so you are not as patient as Zcash founder. 5% for you immediately instead of waiting and receiving 20%. on top of that there will be 3% (annual?) increase in total coin supply
   c. Not a US Company.. who cares, maybe you guys are lying. after all you are a "anonymous group of ethical hackers with enough notoriety"

3. Alliances: on what basis are you guys making alliances while staying anonymous and is there any way to know that these are not made up out of thin air? what value will these alliances bring to Ebitz and investors and how will these Big Sites benefit from alliance? how can we confirm that these sites/companies endorse Ebitz and dev team?

4. Escrow: So you guys are afraid that you will lose your anonymity if you contract SebastianJu for Escrow. however, when you bought this account whith SebastianJu as Escrow, there was no problem. So one of the two statements is a LIE. Either you did not work with SebastianJu or you do not want to Escrow funds.

5. DarkWeb Connections: i am pretty sure that if you guys had DW connections and as you say at least one marketplace is on board, you would not have needed to crowdfund this project. everything about Zcash is already developed. changing a couple of algos and launching EBZ in collaboration with that market would have made you 5,000 btc instead of 500 instantly with maybe even 10% pre-mine
