You should also take into consideration, whatever you download from the darkmarkets, can contain undetectable virusses/trojans/keyloggers. You can lose everything you have and you won't be able to track down anybody.

Yeah those are the services that are being offered in dark marketplaces but for the gunman yes there are real and you must be in the same location as the killer lives or else you'll pay more. And an addition there are data that are being sold there. But always remember not that all published and offered in the deep web are not true. So if a newcomer enters there surely you will be easily get scammed.
