The election of Donald Trump as the POTUS will definitely have its effect, albeit a smaller one. And on what do you base this conclusion? I don't think it would matter too much, even if Hillary was elected, Bitcoin would still be able to exist, same with Trump.

Even with extra legislation around Bitcoin, it would change very little imo.

all things that happen will not change the growth of bitcoin. for all of the people or the Government could not take over the bitcoin with a quick, because it's owner was not known so that they will be hard-pressed to make a law about bitcoin in order removal. All the things that exist in the bitcoin will still be done as long as the owner can control the well or may not be in collapse
