As the dev said after Nov 27th Eggs redeeming wings token will be enable.

Good news for participants to claim their bounty on the 27th, I think it would be great and view them later when completed ICO and launch

It was indicated after Nov 27 so meaning you can redeeem eggs by 28 and onward.
