STUPID! SAME PROBLEM HAPPEN! Now they have 500$ + 100$ of mine... no idea where it is... and this support is slowest suport on earth i will probly not get reply until next month... wow.

maybe if you look at the ticket queue you will find it, i have around 8 tickets about my missing bitcoins and none are responded since 4 days.
