Yankee, You know the rules better than the customers. You should add sufficient checks on your page to avoid unintended offence of your rules. Also, please perform all the necessary checks BEFORE taking customer's money. You are doing the other way round. Take the money first, and check errors later. Any error occurs, no matter whose fault, you have customers money stuck in your system. We are offering you free loans if they don't turn out to be donations!

I'm not sure when my two order issues are gonna be resolved. Order ids here,

Both have money stuck in your system and both stuck for unknown reasons. Before having these issues resolved, I won't use your system any more and I'll keep warning people about your system.


My transactions are always 2000, 2500 or 3000 never less.

Those are all violations, Im investigating why they went thru.
