Yes, thats what it seems to mean, as an early stage ICO participant you'll get +65% for additional investments but keep in mind your earlier bonuses have been nullified by the 55% new investments bonus.

Okay, thx, I was confused as I didn't understand that new investors will get +55%. Trying to attract new investors isn't enough of a reason to do that unless the early investors bonuses are changed accordingly (which is not the case with the "+15% rule"). Angry investors will be the first to dump this time ...
